Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must be new and have no visible signs of wear or use
• Items can be returned for any reason, including buyer remorse
• Items that have been installed or modified cannot be returned
• We accept returns for refund, exchange or store credit (your choice!)

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Contact us at [xyz-ips snippet="shopemail"] to receive a Return Number
• You can use your own label, or if you prefer, we can e-mail a prepaid label (the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund)
• If an item you received was damaged in transit, there is no charge for the prepaid return label
• Send the item back in the original packaging
• Most refunds are processed in 3 - 5 business days
